Product Introduction

Working Principle
1 Crushing: There are two types of crushing: automatic inhalation of materials and forced feeding (the crusher is selected according to the model). After the material is sucked in or sent into the crushing chamber, it is quickly broken into powder or granular under the continuous blow and collision of the hammer. And then subjected to centrifugal force or airflow, the materials are discharged into the A impeller chamber through the sieve hole.
2 Mixing: When the propeller rotates, the material is forcibly sent into the conveying pipeline from the B impeller chamber, and then lifted to the top of the mixing barrel by the propeller. At this time, the material is evenly thrown into the mixing barrel. The rising, falling, left and right rotation of the material are continuously carried out at the same time so as to mix fully and evenly.
Machine Operation Process
Step 1: Configure the raw materials needed each time according to the barrel
Step 2: Start the mixing motor first, and then start the crushing motor later (otherwise, the impeller will be stuck and the motor will be burned), You can run without materials for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: The materials that need to be pulverized are added into crusher. And materials that do not need to be pulverized are added from the auxiliary hopper. Both operation are carried out at the same time.
Step 4: After the work is over, the machine should run without materials for 1-2 minutes, and then turned off.
