Product Introduction
This feed pellet production line is used to produce pelleted feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and other animals. In this production line, after the corn, soybean meal, straw, turf, rice husk and other materials are crushed and mixed, the materials are extruded through a feed pellet machine and formed at one time. And there is no need to add water or drying during the granulation process. When the temperature naturally heats up to about 70℃-80℃, starch is gelatinized and the protein is coagulated. The inside of the granules is deeply matured. It improve the palatability of livestock and poultry, and promote digestion and absorption. And the surface is smooth and hard, so it is not easy to be mildewed or deteriorated, which can be stored for a long time.
The production line integrates mixing and granulation with a high degree of automation, which has the characteristics of convenient installation, simple operation, low maintenance cost, small footprint, and low investment. It’s suitable for individual farmers and small feed processing plants.

Working Process
The feed pellet line is composed of crushing, mixing, granulating and cooling.
1. Crushing: After the materials enter the pulverizing chamber, they are quickly pulverized into powder under the continuous hit of the rotary vane and the chamber. And then subjected to centrifugal force and airflow, the raw materials enter the conveying pipe.
2. Mixing: When the propeller rotates, the material is lifted up and down by the stirring screw, and the effect is extremely uniform.
3. Granulating: After the powder feed enters the pellet machine through the feeding hopper, it is pressed into the mold by roller, and the feed pellets are formed one time.
4. Cooler: After the granulating, the temperature of the particles is high, and a cooler is required to cool the pellets.
